SAFETY AND HEALTH POLICY

DMS EARTHMOVING AND CONSTRUCTION OPC., is committed to the protection from zero accident or accidental loss to its employees and property.

In fulfilling this commitment, we will provide and maintain a safe and healthful work environment as indicated by acceptable business practices and compliance with legislative requirements and we will strive to eliminate any foreseeable hazards which may result in accident, damage to property and personal injuries / illnesses.

Accidental loss can be controlled through good management in combination with active employee involvement. Loss prevention is direct responsibility of all company employees.

All management functions will comply with DMS Earthmoving and Construction OPC Loss prevention requirements as they apply to operations, project construction, and equipment maintenance. All employees will perform their jobs properly in accordance with established procedures and operating philosophy.
